Isaac Yowman, the CEO of IYO Visuals, celebrated the first IYO Day on May 14, 2021. IYO Day was a day to give back to the community, celebrate over a decade of service, and debut IYO Art House in Houston, Texas.

IYO started the day off hand-delivering groceries to Pleasant Hill Village, an independent senior living facility, where eager residents formed a line throughout the building to receive their goodies long before the start time at 10 a.m. The IYO team later went to Mickey Leland where Isaac spoke with students to encourage their journeys and aid them in making connections to launch their future endeavors, before providing bags with art supplies to the students.
The day continued at the Historic Deluxe Theater where a presentation was made by the Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee’s office, as well as the City of Houston proclaiming May 14th as IYO Day for their service and contribution to the community. IYO also honored Houston City Council Member Tarsha Jackson, District B, Kathy Payton of Fifth Ward Community Redevelopment Corporation, and Jessie Lot, a Creative Artist for being pillars of the arts in the Fifth Ward community. A special video presentation debuted upcoming IYO Visuals projects and details about the IYO Art House before concluding and ending in celebration of rich art and culture. Special Guests include Ash with 713 Motoring, Derek “D-Reck” Dixon, as well as DJ XO and KG Smooth.
